• Child Plan: 12 and under ($335 yearly) — Two routine cleanings with exams and fluoride, all necessary x-rays, two oral cancer screenings, one emergency exam if needed, and 15% off all treatment
• Periodontal Adult Plan ($625 yearly) — Four periodontal maintenance cleanings with exams, all necessary x-rays, four oral cancer screenings, one emergency exam if needed, and 15% off all treatment
